Notice on Individual Retail Donations
MVKS does not solicit or accept individual public retail donations or online crowdfunding. All our community welfare programs are powered exclusively through structured Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partnerships, institutional funding, and verified community development project grants.

MVKS does not solicit or collect individual public retail donations or crowdfunding. We operate exclusively through structured Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partnerships, institutional grants, and foundation collaborations compliant with Section 135 of the Indian Companies Act.
100% Direct Grassroots Deployment
Every rupee contributed by corporate and institutional partners is deployed directly to approved community programs. These include Irular tribal welfare, education support, healthcare camps, nutritional aid, and skill-building initiatives. We ensure zero diversion of project funds.
Full Statutory Compliance (80-G & CSR-1)
MVKS is fully registered and compliant with all Indian statutory requirements. We possess valid 80-G and 12-A tax exemption certifications, as well as official CSR-1 registration with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), ensuring eligible corporate partners receive all applicable tax benefits and CSR compliance credits.
Formal MoUs & Milestone-Based Delivery
All corporate engagements are governed by a mutually agreed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). Each MoU defines clear project objectives, measurable impact metrics (KPIs), baseline studies, field timelines, and transparent fund disbursement schedules.
Audited Transparency & Impact Reporting
We believe in absolute transparency. For every CSR initiative, we provide comprehensive Fund Utilization Certificates (UCs), third-party audited financial reports, real-time photographic and video documentation, and qualitative beneficiary feedback to the partner board.
Strict Anti-Fraud & Direct Transfer Policy
MVKS never uses street fundraisers, commission agents, telemarketers, or cash collection drives. All CSR contributions must be routed directly through official corporate banking channels (NEFT / RTGS) to our designated society bank account. Never transfer funds to personal accounts or unauthorized UPI IDs.
